Rename Files
You can change the name of a file to better describe its contents. This makes it easier for you to find the file later. When naming your files, use a keyword that will identify the file, such as the name of the client, a project or an event.
You can use up to 255 characters to name a file. You can also include spaces and periods. The only characters you cannot use to name a file are the symbols \ / : * ? | “ < or >. If you use periods in the file name, the letters after the last period should be the file’s extension.

File name ေပးတဲ့အခါ Space နဲ ့ Period ေတြ ထည့္လို ့ရပါတယ္… ဒါေပမဲ့ \ / : * ? | “ < နဲ ့ > ေတြ ပါလို ့ မရပါဘူး… File Name မွာ Period သံုးရင္ Period ေနာက္ကစာလံုးက File ရဲ့ Extension ပဲ ျဖစ္သင့္ပါတယ္… (ဥပမာ… Word နဲ ့ေရးတဲစာဆိုရင္ .doc, စာရင္းဇယားဆိုရင္ .xls, Note Pad နဲ ့ဆိုရင္ .txt စသျဖင့္ပဲ သံုးရမွာပါ)
ေျပာင္းပံု အလြယ္ဆံုးနည္းကေတာ့ -
- Right-click the file you want to rename. A menu appears.
- Click Rename. A box appears around the file name.
- Type a new name and then press the Enter key.
Note: You can edit the file name instead of replacing the entire name. Click the file name where you want to make the change.
If you change your mind while typing a name, press the Esc key to return to the original name.
